MTN online service!!!! Bad!!!!

What bad online service they give! I was on the line waiting for a operator longer than 25min, need to cancel the contract I've got for my mom,my mom passed away 3years ago, thinking I'll use it in kept it,well...now that I'm ready to let go what a hassle!!! Phoned *** the gentleman could not assist me,gave me thee *** number...disaster!!! What can a customer do?? Looks like I will have to go to a mobile shop!!!
