Mtn online ****, useless.

I app**** for a new contract with mtn online, i spoke to one of the guys on the telephone after i app****, they did a credit vetting while i was on the phone and got the all clear, but unfortunatly the cellphone i wanted which is the iphoneX was out of stock, he told me it would take a week to get stock they will contact me as soon as it is delivered and he will get further information from me then well its been more then 2 weeks and im still waiting with no replies on the matter, and im not getting any info on the status of things. Infact MTN doesnt reply to my messages at all, now all of a sudden their pathetic little call center tells me now i have to go in to apply for a contract, i mean why should i redo it if it was already done this should have been a case of getting stock as far as im concerned. I app**** online because i didnt want to go through the hassel of going to a mtn shop and dealing with some already half dead sales persone that doesnt even now if their coming or going. Online it gets delivered to my house and sales guy free. Maybe its a sign before i actually signed anything, i mean what hell will i get during the contract , if they cant even open a new contract....
