MTN ONLINE SALES.BAD SERVISE I GOT FROM THEM

2020-11-23.The bad customer service I got from MTN online sales, sales person by the name of Mbali Mavudla she called me and sale Samsung A31 which I like and I decided to take the contract, NOW it has been four weeks waiting for my cell phone to be delived.I called MTN every day just to track my Oder BUT NO LUCK. The DSV company told me that they wont deliver the parcel because the number that was sent by MTN is wrong. The sales person Mbali she give the DSV company a wrong number in stead of given them my number which is ***.and when i called MTN they always said the will sent the right number to the DSV company ,but they don't send. I don't think MTN online sales they know what is customer service. THIS people who work on customer complain they don't take customer serious they just their to west MTN time and costumer time.
