MTN Online Sales The Worst Thing Ever!!

It's been over 2 weeks since I spoke to an Mtn online sales agent who assisted me when I wanted to purchase the samsung galaxy S8. I have not received any communication/feedback from them to date, my phones have not been delivered and when I tried to go open a contract directly from one of the mtn shops, I could not, as I was told that Mtn online has to first delete my application (something to do with my credits being affected). I have been calling the sales team and customer service consultants, and all I've been told is that the matter will be escalated via email to the online guys to get back to me (of which they have not done). I am a first time customer of Mtn , and if this is the service they give their new customers, it's completely pathetic and unprofessional. I am very unhappy with the service I am getting...#FuriousCustomer
