MTN ONLINE SALES TEAM ******!!! USING FUNNY TACTICS TO UP THEIR SALES AND SELL UNWANTED PACKAGES.

The online sales department use gimmick tactics to lure its customers to apply for a contract.

I app**** for a black Friday special 100GB for R299 on the 9th of December the final day for the special. I even got an email that my application is being assessed for approval ***.

On the 10th I got a call from one of their consults to run a credit check on me and mentioned am approved for R300 but because of them calling me on the 10th that’s the only time my application is activated meaning they can give it to me, instead, he now tries me to sell me other deals am not interested in.

These nowhere Mtn mentioned that your application only becomes active once a consultant calls me.

So clearly this shows their Mafias who advertise nice deals just to get us, customers, in order to sell us packages which they can’t get buyers for.

I sent a query now everyone who emails me keeps saying “ Kindly note that the Sales department has an extended turnaround time in query resolution.”, just to avoiding solving my matter. Query onlines sales ***.

I want the deal I app**** for as I qualify or is that what you do to customers because I can see many of the people on Facebook are complaining of the same strategy your using.
