I ordered a cellphone online on contract the lady that was assisting me Penelope said they have stock i recently lost my fone and needed a phone urgently. It's been a week no feedback everything I call I am told my order stories. Firstly I was told the order was collected by the courier company after some time with no call from the courier company I call them again only for them to tell me the order is incomplete. I don't know whats going on with them but I am fed up. No courtesy call whatsoever they just forget about you
