MTN ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT

I'd like to file a complaint from one of MTN's online sales rewards consultant by the name of Sean. This man phoned me on the 9th of June 2025 and told me that he's calling me for a Huawei router upgrade and that I would still be paying the same amount as the package that I've been having. Only to find out that he has selfishly switched me from a month-to-month package, and moved me to a 24-month fixed contract all in the name of making a sale for himself. Now, I went to an MTN store at Maponya Mall to return the older router and found out that he had added another account line on my existing package, now the only difference is that if I cancel the 24-month fixed contract I would have to pay a cancellation fee. He did not mention all of that to me over the phone, he was only looking out for himself. Now, the very same router he's upgraded me on has not been working, since 7mp on Saturday the 14th of June. When we try connecting it shows "Connected without Internet". I called the MTN Customer Care Service and they told me that the router is out of range/out of barring and that they can't re-activate it because the system is blocking them out. I am frustrated and mad. I am going back to the store to recieve some assistance on the cancelation of this contract because I have been forcefully and wrongfully inclined to a package that I never agreed on, only because this man wanted a sale..
