MTN ONLINE SALES ARE A **** OF NOTE

I was sold an unlimited 5G contract in 2025 but in November the same year it stopped functioning and i was told it was finished and i had to buy speed over and above the contract payment of R479 which will be deducted until 2027. Why was the package sold as unlimited if it is not unlimited?
