MTN ONLINE PHONE CONTRACT NIGHTMARE

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND START WITH THEM! I app**** for the Iphone 13 online, got approved and then a lady called, she said that she can't give a guarantee that they will get stock on the Iphone 13 again, and that i can only get the Iphone 14. So we app**** AGAIN, then she said the courier company will contact me with the delivery date, I've been waiting 5 days, no one contacted me, so i called them on customer care, and oh my what a shlep that was! To get connected to a person i have to talk to a robot for about 15 minutes.

Anyway, When i eventually got connected, i spoke to a man, he said he will put me through to customer service, then the call died, so i had to go through everything again to talk to a person. When i got connected again, i spoke to a different man, i asked to track the shipping and gave him my ID number, then this man said oh no, the Iphone 14 is out of stock, and that he can't give a guarantee that they will get stock again, i can only get the Iphone 13?

So what is it now? Really confused i don't know anymore, both people work at the same place but both people are saying different things, stories and matching up.

Then he just cancled the order for the Iphone 14 and opend a new contract for the Iphone 13, i didn't really know what to say.

Asked me all the questions, and said the phone will arrive within 7-10 days.

Which i don't understand, if they would have stock it will not take so long for delivery.

This is my first time with them and it's been awfull. Really don't think they are worth it in the long run. Now i have a contract with them for the next 3 years.

Think im making a huge mistake if the start with them has been like this.

Would not re******d any online orders with them, Maybe i should have gone in to the MTN store and app**** there. Probably my own fault.
