MTN Online orders complaint

I recently was contacted online to upgrade my cellphone contract. Promise that new phone come with a watch what i wanted to use for my weekly sport activity BUT WATCH never received. When i contacted MTN just blandly told me out of stock. Forwarded e-mails to MTN customer services and MTN complaints. More than a week now - nobody at MTN came back with a offer or solution or will send me one when they get stock again. Please guys do not re-new your contract online where they offer you freebies but when receiving phone, NO freebies. Rather go into store where you can have a proper look at the phone you are interested in.
