MTn Online Order still waiting

I placed an urgent orde via MTN's online portal on the 27 April 2020 during Level 5 lockdown for a MTN new data contract.

I am currently working remotely with no access to a fibre line and was happy to subscribe for the MTn data deal MTNMYCHOice 5GB at R259 with a Sharelink MyWifi Modem.

I am still awaiting for a consultant to contact me and whenever i call into the call centre i am advised that the online orders are delayed and a consultant will call me back.

Please can someone urgently resolve this matter as i am a medical doctor that urgently needs the data service.
