MTN Online Order not delivered

Ordered a Device online from MTN through Mobiles Plus on the 20th of July 2023. the device was supposed to be delivered within 5 business working days and up until now, 16th of August there is no device in site. I have phoned MTN on several occasions and after being transferred from post to pillar the only answer i got was that the device has been on delivery with DSV since the 24th of July. I got a call from DSV on the 8th of August after the issue was escalated and still no delivery.
