MTN online order

I app**** for a home wifi on MTN in August 2p23 and I was billed ProRata to pay for the few days of August.It took 3 weeks for the product to be delivered to me ,I called so many times because initially I was told it will take 3-5 working days.After a long wait ,it finally got delivered and its not working , I had to call again and wait for almost 30 min only to be told I have to go to the store and activate the router .Why was I not told about this ,I only got to know about it when I call.If all the processes where clear I would DC have gone to the store immediately when I got the router.Aftet weeks of buying data because the wifi I paid for was not getting delivered its still not working and no one is willing to assist rather than going to the store. I am so tired of the terrible service I got from to the get go I bought this home wifi.I just need to cancel and get my full refund because I never used your products even now its sitting here in a box not working.

Please hired consultant to that are able to explain all the processes to the client so that everything is knowing from the time waiting and after delivery arrives to the client
