Mtn Online, Never purchase a phone via mtn online

Never purchase a cellphone on MTN Online.

I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Plus on the online platform, the saleslady called me to finalize everything and told me delivery will be within 3 to 10 days. The device was delivered in the 5th day which was yesterday 24 November 2023. To my surprise, the device that was delivered is not the one I purchased. They delivered the iPhone 15, when I contacted them, they took me from pillar to post saying that they can't see anything on their side. Finally they told me to go to the nearest branch to return the phone and do cancelation which will take up to 14 to 21 days. I got to the store at Tzaneen Lifestyle MTN, the lady told me to go to Polokwane which over 100km because they are a franchise and cannot help me. So I am stuck with a phone I didn't order and MTN in store can't help me, and mtn online also can't help me.
