MTN Online & Mondo - Terrible Service

I was very much excited to get on online data deal from MTN which was done through Mondo, however:

1. The data deal we agreed on over the phone was NOT the deal that I was given. 2. I was advised that any LTE router will work, only to find that both my home & pocket routers do not work. 3. I proceeded to cancel the contract within my cooling off period, only to find that there is usage on the sim card (how?!) which I need to pay for before cancelling the contract.

This is very frustrating because there is no communication whatsoever from anyone, I am the one who constantly has to call and find out what the status is (often transferred numerous times between various departments to add to the frustration).

This is still not resolved by the way.
