Mtn online misleading
I am extremely disappointed at the service I received with MTN, I app**** for a phone contract around the 9th of January 2026 then after I received a call back from one of their sales consultants who helped and we finalized the contract on the 13th of January 2026 where I received the contract agreement and my invoice breakdown. Then I was told to wait for delivery but as I am excitedly waiting for delivery about 5 to days during the waiting period I receive a call from that very same consultant saying the DSV Couriers have been trying to reach that was a blatant lie because Dsv never called then the sales consultant told me that the iPhone 17 pro max is out of stock I can either down size to 15 or 13 then I refused because the intial agreement was 17 pro max as per contractual agreement. Weeks went by without any update and response from them. Then suddenly today i receive a call again from that consultant telling me that the phone is still out of stock and what I can do is take a sim card Dea for 6 months then after go get the phone in the actual store, what I noticed is that this is misleading in all forms because it is contractual breach of the actual agreement and failure from Mtn to comply with the agreement and fulfill their obligation to customers.
MTN consultants are looking to make sales by misleading potential clients and clients into contractual agreements that are none existent and ***** then after falsify the entire process for their own personal gain.
