Mtn online is pathetic

I have taken out a data contract from mtn online on the 17th October 2023 and I was charged from for October and November , we are in November and I have still not received my router, I called the call center and they are no help, I requested to cancel the contract and the advised that it will take over 2 weeks to get it canceled. Mtn service is disgusting and pathetic. Online was made for easier life but Its more of a headache.
