MTN Online is ****

MTN Online On 7th February 2025, I chose an online upgrade to my Subscription, the package I chose was "Yellow Core Online Exclusive " the package was 3 Gigs Anytime Data , 250 all-Net Minutes and a R250 Takealot Voucher all for R199 per Month. On receiving my package on the 27th Feb 2025 I was given 500mb of Data and 200 minutes, instead of the package that I had signed up for. I tried the Customer care service , being pushed around from dept to dept for 80 minutes, with Zero joy and loads of frustration. I visited the MTN store in a mall, and was told they can't assist with Online purchases. The "Customer Care" personal are clueless about Customer care and their knowledge on MTN products. Iam currently being prejudiced by have a MTN package forced onto me that I do not want. I emailed the complaints dept to try to resolve this , yet to get a response. Absolutely pathetic Service from a Company of this Magnitude.
