Mtn online fruad

Good day. May I request that Alice Van Der Merwe contact me as my query with mtn is still not resolved since 4 month 2020 and I am still blocked on mtn due to ********** action of a contract and router that I never recieved and did not sign for it and that I now cannot get an mtn contract due to mtn online incompetence. Please clear my name asap.
