MTN ONLINE FIBRE

I signed up online for the MTN fibre 23 Sep, received the router on 4 Oct, i was promised that installation team from the subcontractor Supersonic would contact me for installation. i called the installer who said my address is not on their list and was adviced to go into an MTN store. I went to MTN Wonderpark and was informed that my address 2638 Morning Star Rosslyn Gardens doesn't have fibre connection i can only get LTE . I was then adviced to cancel my order online as their channels are not linked.

My frustration is that why was i not told that there's no fibre connection on my address, MTN/Supersonic must come collect their router because its still sealed in a box and unused plus NO installation was done. I don't expect to be billed for the service that i didn't used. I regret ever inquiring about MTN fibre deals.
