MTN online doesn't deliver

I did an upgrade on my mtn number on 12 July 2022. DSV came to deliver my phone on 18 of July but there was something wrong with their biometrics machine it couldn't read my finger print. So they told me that they will contact MTN and call me back to deliver the phone manually. I called DSV the same day and they told me that they do not deal directly with the client MTN will inform them what to and they will call me . On the 22nd of July I hadn't received any call from either mtn or dsv regarding my delivery, so I called mtn and they said they will escalate to the DSV supervisor or something and call me back. I waited but no one called me then on the 27nth I called mtn to find out what's happening the person I spoke to also said he would escalate with the supervisor. An hour later on the 27 I recieved a call from DSV and they booked a delivery for Monday 1st of August. I told the lady that called that the last time they tried to deliver my phone there was something wrong with their billing machine so will this deliver be manual , she said no mtn doesn't do manual delivery they have to authenticate me using the biometrics machine. I said ok and the booking was done for the delivery. On Monday the 1st of August the delivery guy came and we did the fingerprint thingy and it was able to authenticate me however the machine wasn't scanning the documents or the box. The driver tried several times but it just wouldn't scan the documents or box. He then said he is going to the car to call dsv and try and arrange another machine. That was around 10am in the morning. At around 1pm I called MTN to find out what's happening, the person I was speaking to asked for the driver's number I gave her the number that the driver used to call me , she called the driver while I was on the line and the driver promised to return the next day . He didn't come and I didn't recieve any calls from either mtn or dsv. Today I called MTN to follow up and I was told to wait Dsv will contact me. It's so frustrating because no one bothers to update me unless I call and when I call I'm being told to wait.
