MTN Online Direct wont get back to me

Upgraded online, i missed the courier when he tried to deliver my new phone to me. Now, no one knows where my phone is, MTN wont get back to me, left probably at least 20 messages for them. Simply will not give me feedback to arrange a new delivery date. Doesn't care to inform me that my phone wasn't delivered. Would love the correct person to get back to me please, not customer service, i've spoken to them 30 times and they always give me another number to call. I need someone from MTN Online direct to call me please. ********** - Neil
