MTN online deals not to be trusted

I entered into a data contract online. The contract benefits i received is less than signed up for whilst the cost is higher. Because it was an online transaction the MTN shop can not assist me and none of the contact numbers provided end up with a humen service champion. Can MTN please let me talk to a person
