Mtn online deals not interested in new business

I have now tried to upgrade my contact twice with no luck trying to upgrade with the online deal packages . In December I was told the call was closed after nobody called me and that the deal has expired, in January I was asked to send my documents which I did and still no response or contact from MTN . This is ridiculous.
