Mtn online deals is a ****

I took out a data sim only deal with mtn in January .It was a online deal that was R280 for 80 GB day and night.I previously had a deal with then that was R400 pm .From da time I upgraded i ended up paying extra every month.And every time I enquired they told me about insurance and pro rata and i never took out any insurance or anything,one time they even told me about subscriptions . I called them today too cancel my contract because they have been debiting me double since January but they just keep on transferring me .A constant even hang up on me today.
