MTN ONLINE CONTRACTS ARE THE PITS!

MTN online contracts is the pits. Two weeks now, since I have been trying to cancel my month-to-month home router contract with them and, it has been hell. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to their customer services department and I am yet to get a response. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING AS I WANT THIS THING CANCELED YESTERDAY!!!
