MTN online Contract sucks big time!!!

I ordered a phone through MTN Online. They performed credit vetting and I gave them my banking details. They gave me a contract number for my order and told me I would receive my order in 3-10 working days. I have received no further communication and have made several attempts to reach them but my call keeps getting redirected and my emails go unanswered. Very poor customer service and suspicious behaviour. I'm very disappointed.
