MTN ONLINE CONTRACT ***** BEAWARE

I have been for the last 5 hours, trying to get assistance I enquired for a contract online and I received a call and we went through the whole process

I was told I would receive an email and sms with my contract

It’s been more 24 hours and I still have not received anything

I am not an existing mtn client so I obviously have been calling on 083123 /3667 number and I can’t get through to customer service

I want to details of the contract so that if it is a ***** man that called me I can close my account and report my ID to the police station

I sent multiple messages on their social media platforms and no response
