MTN Online - Bad Service!

I selected 2 phone contract deals from the MTN Online website which I was interested in. A lady phoned me back offering assistance with the deals and application, and she was very friendly. I thought this was going to be a painless and good experience, but I was so wrong and disappointed.

First she got the deals wrong which nearly would have doubled my contract value. Then she did not phone me back at the time she said she would. The next day she phoned me, she informed me that one of the phones I wanted is out of stock already so I requested two of the same after asking her very specifically if she has stock which she confirmed. Then my son said he does not want that phone because he thinks he will be to hard on a flip phone. So I immediately sent her a mail requesting her to cancel only one of the flip contracts and continue with the other one. I stated in my mail that I will go to a store to see if I can find the S24 which my son wanted. When I went to the MTN Store I was advised that the lady I dealt with Online, cancelled my entire order and as if that is not enough, she blocked my profile so that no other MTN Store can assist me with deals.

This is so unprofessional! I am livered. Just because she could not service me as a client with what I wants does not mean she should not grant someone else the opportunity to assist me.

I cannot believe that someone can be so mean when I was so patient and accommodating towards her.
