MTN ONLINE ARE DISHONEST

Hi everyone,I am having the WORST EXPERIENCE with MTN ONLINE.They are ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST,i took 4 contracts with MTN,for this year. My order included one being for i14fone,a GOLD one.I was sent a BLUE ONE,instead.TO DATE, i have got NO RESPONSE at all,on how to get a i14 GOLD FONE.In fact no one answers the 135 number as well.ANY HELP wil b highly appreciated.I WANT THE GOLD ONE,not the blue...pls..
