MTN online application

I am really upset by the customer service I am getting from MTN. I app**** for a new contract and a consultant called me last week and went through the whole application process with me. She even read the contract out to me and informed me that confirmations department would contact me. I had missed a call from MTN online and decided to take it upon myself to contact them today and boy was i in a one hell of a ride. I got passed from one consultant to another with some consultants even hanging up. I also got one consultant who said they do not call out for contracts and was reluctant to contact me. All i want now is for MTN to cancel the whole thing I I am no longer interested in doing anything with them right now.
