Mtn online application

Good afternoon,

I did an online application on the 8th of October, a consultant using *** called me back, we did an application telephonically, I was adviced that my credit application has been approved, I should expect my cellphone red iPhone 14between 3 to 10 working days,

Yesterday I called the 135 number to track the status of my order as I’ll be going on leave from Wednesday and I provided mtn with my work address for delivery,

I was assisted by a very rude lady by the name of Lesego, who sounded like I’m boring her and she was not ready or willing to take my call, ref number ***,

She told me I need to contact Mondo for tracking my phone status as I didn’t do the application with Mtn , when I told her I don’t know what’s Mondo as I did an application with Mtn consultant, she kept on insisting that I need to contact Mondo,

Dear Mtn kindly advise on the status of my phone, if it’s impossible, kindly cancel my order I will try with another service provider, don’t tell me about Mondo, I don’t know Mondo and when I did my application nobody told me about Mondo
