MTN Online

Terrible service ordered online on the 24th of August still have not received my delivery the day it came then biometrics Failed - called MTN to arrange manual delivery now I have to wait another 14 days! They do not answer emails and log 100 tickets when I call and message on Instagram and Facebook I've been an MTN customer now for years and I've never experienced such Terrible service I wish I could give half a star of a review
