Mtn online 00.0% service

If there is a company in South Africa as a whole that deserves 00.0% rating is MTN South Africa, I wanna cancel my contract that was done online, when I call mtn online every consultant is telling me that my contract has to be canceled by Gosego the guy who I upgraded with, without him they can't assist me. One of the consultant told me she will escalate me to their team leader I believe the team leader signs the same song as their consultant very useful, hence he gave me a call saying I'll look into the matter till date, If one person in mtn can't assist me then why hire a bunch of useless consultants that are no use to the company? Why should I go up and down just to get my contract canceled yet when you do an upgrade only get minutes to get done! It's like your calls are not even recorded because your consultants are not helpful at all!!! It's so disappointing for a huge company like you to have 0% service when it comes to your customers.
