MTN ongoing Total Blackout for 50% of the day - Worst Network to be on right now!

I am based in the Ceres region & continuously we have total network blackouts from MTN. This is besides the network blackouts we receive when it is loadshedding. This means that 50% at least of our business day is without any network coverage for our cellphones. This has been ongoing daily for a while now. Completely unacceptable by a network that ranks itself as one of the best in the country. What is the point of staying with a network where the cost does not offset the network service? How is every other service provider providing their clients with continuous network but MTN cannot?
