Mtn one year later still not solved the problem as so many here
<p>I have received a 3% increase for four years so live so far below the breadline I rob my Peter to pay Paul but to no avail. I have been handed over to lawyers by MTN as I cannot afford what the billed me for that is way over the R500-00 I signed for. well I have made them an offer and found out again that I only recive a 3% increase. Do I not receive a email from a second lawyer who I have also been handed over to who is also wanting money for the same account!!!!!!! hello MTN what are you doing. You dont know what you are doing as a company??? having my account with six lawyers will not solve the problem I can only afford what I can afford.</p>

Please not all people make debt just not to pay. I have been with MTN forever and just cant make the payments they billed me for therefore I cancelled the contract. It is embarrassing for some. I asked for help so many times and have the emails to pruve this just to be let down. I see this is a general thing with Mtn which is very sad.
