MTN once again Pathetic

Never ever even think to join MTN SA. Pathetic, unaccesptable, ******, uns****ed and absolutely no customer or after sale service.

This is my second negative experience with them. They don’t know how to resolve an issue. Keep on revering you to Istore. Then I receiving emails from them that now they can assist me with a reverence number. Again when I got to the store they cannot assist me. Even the reverence number is unknown. One email says my phone is blacklisted. When I ask how? As I never blacklisted it, the next email says the phone was never blacklisted???? Again I am asked to go to a store for assistance. I am done and tired of MTN. I never should have taken out a contract with them. I was even called a “you white people” in store because I am unsatisfied
