MTN once again **** up

Dear Mtn, why do you frustrate me so? Let's make this short and sweet. A payment never went through last month then my wife did a payment to you then you double debited me. We have requested more then 5 times for her payment to be reversed, like you said we must do. Then we finally got emailed proof stating that it was reversed back into the back account number provided (the one that you confirmed atleat 5 times). Now I see its been transferred into the wrong account.*** is all I can say. All I seem to do is complain about MTn. I don't care what you have to do but could you kindly sort it out immedimmediately, and put it into the correct acc number provided and confirmed by you. Thanks
