MTN once again being deceptive

Hi. this is the second time that you have been deceptive.Ii upgraded a couple of years back and got ********** thousands of rands. I should have then left to vodacom right then and there. over a month, I ungraded to my S20. i was so pleasantly surprised that they prices were low. i have now been debited twice since i have received my device and i have been charged double. this is thievery and ********* behavior. my entire family has been with you from the get go. we wont be anymore. there is no loyalty from you.
