MTN on Strike

While MTN are on strike, they decide to disconnect my cell phone, due to non payment. The account was paid via EFT on the 2 May 2015. Their customer care line has been discontinued, which they hope is not inconvenient!!!. I have tried several numbers listed as well as their email address, which is read, but no response. I am unable to get to a store as I work until 18:30. Could someone at MTN kindly get in touch with me or better still reconnect my number<br> Rita Gasse***
