MTN on permanent slow strike
App**** for a new contract and was pre approved instantly. Then after waiting 15 days I received an email requesting my documents which I sent on the 20th of April 2021, since then no communication. Seems it's a service standard of MTN not to respond to new applications or they don't need the business.

12 May 2021, 18:24Miraculously, received a reply from them declining my application :) just a few days after writing the review. To make a vain point I app**** online again but at the other MTN Group owned company, Supersonic. It took half the amount of time to apply and be approved ready to sign and deliver on a more expensive package
