MTN on line sales *****

I received a call from MTN agent on the 14 February 2022 from Bulelo,she wanted to confirm delivery .I told her that I did apply for contract or upgrade she should cancel it,the next day another MTN agent called By the name of Refilwe called again I explained the same ,she put me through to Shantel who also promised to cancel and gave me reference no ROC184315.On the 15th Feb I spoke to Caityn Ramkelawan still no joy.To my surprise on the 24 February 2020 debit order of R2710 from MTN. I’m so so disappointed at MTN with incompetency and ********** contracts that has been happening. I need that contract to cancel all charges.
