MTN on a go slow

My LG G3 has stopped working after 1 year, so I tried to take it to an MTN for repairs.

1. I took it to the Pinelands branch, they said sorry, you have to take it to the shop you bought it.

2. I took it to the Willowbridge branch, they said sorry, this store is closing down, but take it back to Pinelands because they must help you.

3. I took is BACK to Pinelands, they say sorry, you have to take it to an MTN Direct store because you bought it at an MTN Direct store (I didn't - Willowbridge is a franchise just like Pinelands is) They tell me to take it to Cavendish.

4. I took is to Cavendish.
- Mercia chatted and laughed away with one customer for A FULL HOUR while me and 7 other people stood in a queue waiting. If she looked at her computer and did actual work for 10 minutes of that hour, it would be a lot.
- I finally get helped by another lady (who helped 4 people in the time that Mercia was chatting) and she tells me: Sorry, you need to bring your charger with you.

I was in THREE stores FOUR times and nobody thought to tell me I needed my charger.
So now I still have a broken LG and no more hours to stand in queues.
