Mtn Olifantsfontein rude consultant

Worst service received from MTN store at Phumulani mall today. One of the consultants was very rude and unprofessional. Went there to pay for my phones which i ended up not paying because the lady decided to skip me on the que and served her friend that got there 15 minutes after me and was last on que. The frustrating part is that we all went there during our lunch time and we were all In a hurry just like her friend, I am very unhappy because she started disrespecting me from when I got to the store
