Mtn old system Everytime another story

Good day I was a client of Mtn long time ago, was paid in order, I want to apply for a new contract but they said i am on the old system, gave me a reference *** they said it will be removed and i could reapply, called mtn direct and they advise, it is still the same this is so not on, as I am a mtn prepaid client so want to take a mtn contract!!
