MTN offline due to lack of payment for land use

We have been completely offline in the Hopetown area of the Northern Cape since 11/10/2023. MTN themselves confirmed that their technicians has been denied access to the faulty tower because of lack of payment to the land owner. They keep on giving false promises that it would be resolved, but in the meantime, they are not giving attention to this matter at all. They have no concern for users in rural areas.
