Mtn offers that are not working

So I bought mtn minutes the one for mtn offers in double voice where you would by for 120 *2 minutes with R10.00 I couldn't use it I called a day after I bought that the lady told m to switch off and restart my phone Well I did still couldn't use it I called on the 17 I spoke to Gloria she said she is going to log a ticket number bfor m but they will refund it back as she is able to see it

I called after a day they said the query is not yet attended ok I called on the 22 I spoke to sphamandla he told m I never bought minutes

Ok I explained he finally understood said Gloria didn't load a tickets he will load it again I should call again in 2 days time ok well I m calling today I'm told the system is not working

Basically mtn does have a gud service come to think of m having 2 cellphone contract with them even the data they gv u it only last a day I think telkom is better than this
