MTN offers false advertising

Two queries later on three different platforms and all I get are automated responses, telling me how important I am to MTN. Clearly, a load of nonsense since there has been ZERO feedback. Our network connection (voice and LTE) has been extremely slow to nonexistent in Ekklesia for nearly two weeks. How am I supposed to run a business like this? MTN advertises 4G coverage but there is NO coverage at all.
