Mtn offering bad service

I have a home router from Mtn.... And I a disappointed by their service. They debited money from my account on the 4th but they are failing to allocate data on my wifi since it is a month to month contract. Now they are telling me that the money the debited on the 4th of October is for November data.... How is that possible 😖🤬I have classes to attend online
