MTN **** Offer

MTN agent called with a beautiful promotion. Huwawei phone with a watch. Next day another *****ulent agent called to tell me that she could give me a better deal. I told her that I was not going through the whole drama again and that they should listen to my recording and do what they needed to do.

After much drama with my delivery company I got my phone.

I obviously enquired about the watch. After going back and forth for days I eventually got a call from an agent informing me that the promotion ended month ago and that I could go to any MTN store, return my device and get a new/new phone and watch. My reaction obviously was "so, you do have watches but you are not prepared to give one to a customer of 30 years." The agent was "yes."

MTN, please explain to me how you have a recording of my conversation with your agent proving the offer that she made and yet you expect me to be inconvenienced.
